E-RYT500, RYT500, and T500 owner & lead teacher of the Yoga Center since 2001, has studied yoga 24 years and taught yoga 15 years. She deeply thanks her wonderful teachers, including John Charping, Betty Larsen, Julie Gudmestad, Rodney Yee, Cora Wen and Doug Keller, for their knowledge and inspiration. She is also owner and Director of Teacher Training for Yoga Teachers School of Excellence.
