Welcome to the Yoga Teachers School of Excellence.

Our training programs goes beyond meeting the standards necessary to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (R.Y.T) including: anatomy/physiology, teaching methodology, techniques including pranayama, chanting, meditation and philosophy. With classes one weekend a month, the program is accommodating to any schedule. On completion of this program you will be accepted by Yoga Alliance (YA) and/or International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT) as a Registered Yoga Teacher or Certified Yoga Therapist.
